Payments for FastIncidentReport are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, you enter into a separate agreement with Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction.

Pricing, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms and our Refund Policy.

License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual property
