The Service

FastIncidentReport is a digital tool that allows users to create, manage, and export structured incident reports. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Payments and billing

Payments for FastIncidentReport are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, you enter into a separate agreement with Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction.

Pricing, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms and our Refund Policy.

License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, and content (excluding user-provided content), remain the property of FastIncidentReport or its licensors.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
