Refund Policy
Purchases of FastIncidentReport are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy is intended to align with Paddle’s buyer terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
Consumer right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Digital content
FastIncidentReport is a digital service. Where access, download, transmission, streaming, or other acquisition of the digital content starts immediately after purchase and delivery or performance has begun, the right to cancel does not apply once that delivery or performance has started, in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms and applicable law.
How to request a cancellation or refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Paddle directly using their support channels. You may also contact us at fastincidentreport@gmail.com, and we will assist with routing your request.
Refund window
Cancellation requests: must be submitted within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed (unless the digital content section above applies).
Other refund requests: outside of statutory consumer rights, any discretionary refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Refund requests received after 30 days from the date of the transaction are not processed.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase in accordance with the conditions above, all payments received from you are reimbursed.
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Paddle is informed of your decision to cancel.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you do not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Discretionary refunds
Outside of statutory consumer rights, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests are refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
